The LanzCarré is a sophisticated designed overall complex with Avendi senior citizens' service care facility, senior citizens' service condominiums as well as comfort condominiums, hotel, and retail space for the upscale market in Mannheim Lindenhof, which was realized by Diringer & Scheidel Bauunternehmungsgruppe on the John Deere site in Mannheim in 2008-2010.
